What is Pressure washing?

We are constantly educating ourselves to provide the highest quality, most efficient, safest way to clean your property. We use a few different methods depending on the task at hand.

• Soft wash- When washing a home or building, it is key to never use high pressure. Soft washing is a mixture of detergent and water applied to the home or building with at a low pressure. The soap dwells, eating up all the organic growth, dirt, grime, ect. Then thoroughly rinsed off with low pressure to ensure no damage is being done on the exterior surface. 

• Pressure wash- When washing the brick, walls, fencing, decking, etc. This is when pressure's involved, it is a high pressure stream of cold water. When soap is applied to these hard porose surfaces, we then follow up with a high pressure rinse to knock off the growth, dirt, grime, algea, and everything else that's been sitting there all these years.

• Power wash- This is similar to pressure washing, the only diffrence is instead of cold water, we are running hot water, upwards of about 190 degrees. The hot water helps with the concrete, oil stains, grease stains, BBQ build up, tire marks, ect. Using hot water with the proper equipment can bring your surfaces back to life.
